This website and its contents are owned and operated by In Jay We Trust LLC. By accessing this site, you agree not to misuse it or its content in any way, including:

All product names, designs, logos, and text are the intellectual property of In Jay We Trust LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

2. Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment Time:
Products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Most orders are printed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times (U.S. only):

  • Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after fulfillment.

Shipping Locations:
Your order will be shipped from the Printful facility closest to your location for faster delivery.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you don’t receive it, contact us at injaywetrustdenver@gmail.com.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If an incorrect address was provided, we can reship your item, but the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Wrong/Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at injaywetrustdenver@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll investigate and offer a refund or replacement if applicable.

Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or color selection errors. Please check product sizing charts before purchasing.

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for defective or misprinted items. Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse or address errors.

4. Payment Terms

We accept secure online payments through Authorize.net. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • All billing information is accurate and complete

Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and confirmed.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect limited personal information (name, email, billing/shipping address, order details) to process your order and provide support.

We do not share or sell your information to third parties. All payments are securely processed via Authorize.net and are fully PCI compliant. We do not store your full payment information.

We may collect anonymous usage data through WooCommerce and cookies to improve site performance.
